Bay Area Garden Railway Society, Inc. Terms of Membership
Membership in the Society is by annual membership fee based upon a January 1st renewal date. Members may prepay their dues, but no refunds are given.
By joining the Bay Area Garden Railway Society, you agree to the following:
1. You agree to abide by the terms of the Bylaws of the Society (see "Society Bylaws" tab at left);
2. If you host a Society event, such as an open house, you agree that you release the
Society from any and all claims relating to such event;
3. If you attend Society events, you agree to release the Society and the host(s) of Society events from liability at all Society events; and
4. You agree to provide the Society information for the Society to be able to communicate with you.
